What this service is about

Vacuuming removes surface dust. It does not lift the oils, dust mites, pet dander and ground-in dirt that build up in the carpet pile over months. Steam extraction does, by injecting hot cleaning solution into the fibres and immediately extracting it back out.

We use the same method on rugs and upholstery, with attachments and pressures matched to the fabric. Wool, synthetic, microfiber, each gets the appropriate approach.

Carpets are typically touch-dry within a few hours, with stain pre-treatment and deodorising included as part of every clean.
